OUR GYMNAST

Emma began gymnastics in January. It has been really fun to watch how quickly she has picked up on it. She seems to like it much more than ballet. I think she needed a little more action. Now we just need to find an awesome gym in Alabama!!!!!

OWEN'S FIRST SOCCER GAME

Owen had his first soccer game. He is really good at it!! We think he likes being a defender the best. The teams at his age actually do not play with goalies, but Owen will run to his goal and defend it anyway!!!! His first game was VERY cold. It was about 35 degrees and windy....poor Owen. I must say, I was very proud. He was the only player that did not cry or stop playing because it was cold!

BUBBLE BOYS

My silly boys.... Camden has figured out that is he poors lots of shampoo in the bath and then turns on the jets, it makes a ton of bubbles!!!

JUST AN UPDATE

Sorry no pictures to add......

Just wanted to give everyone an update on our busy lives. We went to Indiana again last week. Three times in two months, in case you were wondering. This time we went because my grandmother passed away. She too was 88 years old, like Neal's grandmother. It was a bit unexpected, but I can only hope that she is rejoicing with Jesus right now.

While we were in Indiana, Owen burned his mouth really bad on hot chocolate, given to him by the funeral home people. It was so bad that he did not eat for two days and when I took him to the doctor, they told us, it was bad enough that he needed antibiotics so that it did not get infected. So Owen is on his FIRST antibiotics!!!! (aka.. the pink stuff)

We now have activites six days a week (well starting next week). Between Emma's gymnastics, Owen and Camden's Jeet Kune Do and soccer our evening are VERY full. We enjoying watching them, but it is busy. My advice to you all, don't let your kids do more than one or two activities.... they get tired of being drug everywhere and frankly you get a little tired of taking them!! :)

We found out that Neal is wanted in Alabama mud July now, so we are planning to pull out of Wichita Falls July 1st. Please pray for our house to sell or rent before then!! (thanks)

I think that is it! Just wanted to give an update!

GRAND-MA/ GREAT GRAND-MA

Neal's grandmother passed away last week. We were very blessed because we got to say goodbye to her while we were in Indiana over Christmas. She would have turned 89 in February. She lived a long and full life!!!! I am posting a picture of her with Owen, the day after the twins were born. (for some reason it is really small.....)

CUTE ANSWER

Just wanted to post this little tid bit about our conversation that we had with the kids on Christmas Eve. We were sitting around the table eating a nice meal on Christmas Eve and Neal and I started asking the kids questions about the night Jesus was born. It went something like this.....

We asked, "What is Jesus' mothers name?"
The kids, "MARY."

We asked, "What did Mary ride on the night Jesus was born?"
The kids, "A donkey."

We asked, "What town did they go to?"
The kids, "Bethlehem."

We asked lots of other questions, then came this one..... "What three gifts did the wisemen bring for Jesus?"
The kids quickly replied with ,"gold and incense..." Then they were puzzled....

Owen all of the sudden blurted out, "I know, they also brought Him a paci!!!"

We all know every baby needs a pacifier or a thumb!!! It was very cute. I love so much that comes out of the mouths of my children!! Why can't we freeze time?

Anyway, hope you like Owen's funny answer!!

DISNEYWORLD

We made the big trip to DisneyWorld for Thanksgiving! We met my mom and dad, my sister and her family and even my cousin Julie drove over from Tampa one day. My brother and his wife could not make it... we were bummed to not have them there.

We had a great time. Although, there were times that I think the kids were tired of being taken here and there etc..... I think they enjoyed just being able to run around the playground and swim at the resort pool the most!!

We stayed at the Coronado Springs Resort. It was beautiful and HUGE!! Anyway, here are some of the pictures from our trip. We only took about 100 pictures, so I just chose a couple to post.
This is the night before our flight. The kids slept sideways on the bed so that they had enough space to sleep.

This is a picture of Emma's first glance at the castle!! (it was her favorite part) This is also my niece Anna, next to Emma.

This is how they had the castle light up at night for Christmas.

Here is my family... minus Owen who fell off the rock.... (not really, he just would not stand still long enough for a photo). Also, missing is my brother and his wife.

This is the only chracter that Emma would have her photo taken with.

The kids are totally wiped..... this was the bus ride back to the Orlando airport.
