CONSTRUCTION

Exciting times In our "backyard". Or so the kids think....... They are making the road wider behind our house, which means backhoes, excavators, bulldozers and dumptrucks. The kids, especially Owen is very interested in what is going on. So Neal told him they would scale the fence one morning and watch for a while. This is the cute sight I came home to.

You can see how close the excavator is to our fence!!
Camden ready to become a construction guy in his bare feet!

OUR LITTLE BALLERINA

The time has come for Emma to try out her skills in tap and ballet!! I must say I think she is a natural! I was very proud of her.... she went right in with out hesitating and did EVERYTHING the teacher asked her to try. The class is really neat because it is half tap and ballet. Next month we will add a tumbling class to that. If you are in Wichita Falls this fall or next spring you can see one of her first recitals!!

Do all of you former T-38 guys miss this jet? What about getting home EVERY night for dinner, no pilot meetings, no TDY's and no deployments?!?! Oh, wait, that is every wife's dream!!!!! Life is good in the T-38 world.

Then we came back to Wichita Falls and had the Gordon's down for some traditional Fourth chili dogs... (not really a tradition, just sounded good) The fourth was complete with family, friends, swimming, food and of course fireworks!!! THANKS JENN and JENN for spending the Fourth with us!
